Role Overview: As a Bridal Stylist at Jaxon James, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for brides. Your expertise in bridal fashion, along with your exceptional customer service skills, will help brides find their dream dress and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultations: Conduct personalized consultations with brides to understand their vision, preferences, and budget. Provide tailored advice on dress styles, fabrics, and accessories.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest bridal trends, designers, and products to offer informed recommendations to clients.
Sales Goals: Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement with clients, upselling accessories, and closing sales.
Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for brides and their guests, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
Appointment Management: Schedule and manage fittings and consultations, ensuring that each bride receives personalized attention and care.
Fitting Room Support: Assist brides in trying on dresses, providing feedback and encouragement to help them feel confident and beautiful.
Alteration Coordination: Collaborate with the alterations team to communicate client needs and ensure timely adjustments.
Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with clients through follow-up communications, including reminders for fittings and updates on order statuses.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining the presentation and organization of the bridal salon, ensuring all merchandise is displayed beautifully.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow stylists and management to foster a positive team environment and share insights on customer preferences.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in bridal or luxury fashion.
Weekend availability.
Strong understanding of bridal fashion trends and designers.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for helping brides and providing outstanding customer service.
